Normally, serial numbers are automatically sent within 5-10 minutes of placing your purchase. A serial number can instantly unlock your application if it has locked you out (you get locked out when your trial period expires).
On occasion, some orders may take up to 24 hours to be completed. This often happens if your credit card cannot be confirmed automatically or if you are using anonymous / free email addresses that trigger potential security flags. To be sure to get your serial number as quickly as possible, try to avoid free email accounts like yahoo or hotmail.
eCheck purchases are not completed until the funds clear. This may take 2-4 days so if you cannot wait then be sure to use credit cards instead of online checks.
If you have not received a serial number 24 hours after your purchase, you should contact us. If you are using America Online, you should be very careful as AOL seems to filter automated emails a lot.
